My studio buddy Jack has been out of commission for awhile. His love of the zoomies resulted in a torn ACL. - an injury that required surgery. The surgery relegated him to basically living on just the main floor of the house with all the stairs gated off. He wasn’t allowed to jump or run at all, and any outdoor time had to be on a leash. Today he had his stitches removed and the vet said it was okay to take down the gates and start using the stairs again. The first thing Jack did was come down to the studio and jump on the couch - the one piece of furniture he’s allowed to get on. He went all in and made a nest out of the pillows and blankets I incidentally moved out of the way for him. Anyway its good to have him back, silently judging my art and work habbits.

Is this image black and white to look fancy? Or to hide the discoloration in my old studio couch and drool stains on the pillow? I’ll never tell.
