Here is the final art for Chapter 1 of the Notable Missourian book on Great Walker (Truman State University Press). It was painted in acrylic on panel. Below it is the original composition sketch. A few days ago I posted an experimental computer rendering of the same scene. Acrylic is definitely the way to go for this project.
